Self-Paced Modular Course Subscription and Access
- The purchase of each course includes a one-year subscription period from the date of registration, during which students will have access to all course materials. All coursework must be completed and any course materials downloaded within this 365-day period.
- After one year, students will no longer be able to complete the course or access/download any course materials unless an extension is granted.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will not be issued once the course or course materials have been accessed.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be granted minus a 250 USD administrative fee.
Extension Policy
- Extensions can be requested any time before the original course end date. To request an extension, please email training@isa.org.
- ISA reserves the right to approve or deny extension requests. Students will be notified of the request status within two-three business days.
- If an extension is granted, the following fees apply:
- One-week free extension: Students may request a one-time, one-week extension at no charge.
- Two-month extension: If an extension beyond the free one-week period is needed, a 250 USD administrative fee will be charged.
- Beyond two months: After two months, students will be required to repurchase the course at the full price.
User Access and Sharing
- The course is available to a single user only, and access is granted through a unique username and password. Transfers to other courses or individuals cannot be granted once purchased.
- Sharing of training access and course materials is strictly prohibited. Only the individual registered for the course will receive credit and be eligible to take the exam (if applicable to the specific course).
Course Content Updates
- Course content will be periodically updated, and students will have access to any content updates released during their subscription period.
Terms of Use
- All content on the platform is owned by ISA or a third party and is protected by copyright laws.
- You may not share, copy, record, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, adapt, edit, use or display any content, courses, or materials on the platform without ISA’s prior written consent (or the author's consent, if applicable).
- You are not allowed to create derivative works of any content, in whole or in part, without explicit permission.
- Recording or using any software, device, or program to capture courses or programs, or any part of them, is strictly prohibited.
- Violations will result in revocation of access and possible legal action.
